## Verification

All official CICS communications originate from @cics.ch domains.
We will never request credentials, payment, or sensitive data via email.
If you receive suspicious communication claiming to be from CICS,
forward it to security@cics.ch.

## Data Handling

All communications are processed under Swiss jurisdiction (FADP/nDSG).
We do not share communication content with third parties.
Retention: operational communications are retained for the duration
of the engagement plus 12 months, then securely deleted.
