A staging campaign that probes a Frankfurt bank on Monday hits a Zürich bank on Wednesday. Helvetic Shield is how the second one already knows. The DACH-focused research community for perimeter threat data: Members host research pods at their internet edge, CICS operates the platform and curates the pool, and intelligence flows back to every Member.

Helvetic Shield is the sibling to VANGUARD — same Sovereign Treuhand operating philosophy, applied at the perimeter as a community pool rather than inside one estate. Data stays in DACH jurisdiction. No CLOUD Act exposure.

What you receive: anonymised attacker telemetry from the pod network — what tooling is actually hitting DACH-hosted infrastructure — plus a monthly cross-DACH community brief and eligibility for a working-group seat. How it works: the annual fee is the gated access to the community. Pods are how Members contribute to the pool and the visibility they commit. CICS designs, deploys, fidelity-tests and operates every pod at the Member’s edge — Members do not staff pod operations. Only sanitised telemetry enters the shared pool.
