HELVETIC SHIELD
DACH Perimeter Intelligence Community
A staging campaign that probes a Frankfurt bank on Monday hits a Zürich bank on Wednesday. Most DACH organisations watch their perimeter alone: each paying a commodity vendor for the same indicator list, each scanning in isolation, none of the data moving sideways. When the same campaign comes around, the second organisation meets it cold, as if it were the first.
Helvetic Shield is the DACH research community that closes that gap. Members host research pods on their own internet edge; CICS designs, deploys, fidelity-tests and operates every pod, curates the community pool, and feeds the resulting intelligence back to every member. What hits one member’s edge becomes early warning for the rest. It is the sibling to VANGUARD, the same Sovereign Treuhand operating philosophy applied at the perimeter as a shared pool instead of inside a single estate.

Only sanitised telemetry enters the pool; member-attributable data never crosses the boundary, and CICS operates every pod, so members commit visibility rather than staff. The community is sized by sensor diversity, not headcount: a flat annual fee regardless of organisation size, and Priority Intelligence Requirements owned and voted by the members themselves. Data stays in DACH jurisdiction, with zero CLOUD Act exposure. Individual and researcher access lives at helveticshield.ch.
